Can't I just negotiate myself?

You could, but it's risky... as the person on the other side does this every week, and their job is to get the highest price for someone else. I assure you'll never overpay buying a property, when I negotiate on your behalf.

What does it cost?

We charge a small percentage of the final purchase price. You'll know exactly what you're paying — regardless of what the property costs — in advance.

How long does a search take?

My average is 6 to 8 weeks. Without a buyer's agent, the typical southern Brisbane buyer searches 9 to 18 months.

Do you work with investors?

About 40% of my clients are investors, most of whom buy from interstate.
